Prices for short stays

The prices shown on the website are per flat per day and include taxes, water, electricity, bed linen and towels. For stays longer than one month, electricity consumption will be invoiced separately according to the current tariff.

Privacy of your data

Your personal data will be treated in accordance with the data protection law Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, and in no case will be transferred to third parties for any commercial or other type of action.

Cancellation conditions

The reservation is considered formalised only if the 30% advance payment is received. In case of cancellation of the booking, the deposit will not be refunded. This condition also applies if the cancellation is due to force majeure.

Deposit

In those properties where it is specified on the booking form, a deposit will be requested at the entrance of the accommodation, which will be returned in full on departure, unless there has been some kind of damage.

For the villas a deposit of 1500€ is requested, which will be charged by Virtual TPV (card) at the time of check-in and will be returned after 48h, after checking the property, as long as there is no damage or breakage and there has been no complaint for noise/music after 24.00h. PARTIES IN THE VILLA, smoking or the use of smoke machines are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. The deposit will be retained if there are complaints from neighbours or the authorities, to cover possible fines.

Opening hours

The entrance to the flats is from 16:00 hours, unless there is an empty flat. Departure from the flats must be before 12:00 a.m. unless there is no entry that afternoon. Please consult in advance about these possibilities.

On Saturdays the timetable is from 10:00 to 14:00. It will be modified in case of any reservation. For later entries, please contact rent@inmovecos.com or 633169219 in advance.

Sunday office closed. For reservations and tickets, please call the above telephone number.

Reception Hours

The office will be open from 10:00 to 19:30.

If you need to arrive later than the closing time of the office, please notify in writing to rent@inmovecos.com or by telephone in advance in order to be attended (633 169 219).

IMPORTANT: If your arrival time is later than 00:00 there will be an additional charge of 15,00€/hour.

Maximum number of occupants

The occupation of the accommodation by more people than the number of people established in the reservation will result in immediate expulsion without the right to reimbursement of the amount of the reservation.

Pets

Unless otherwise stated in the flat description, Inmovecos allows the stay with pets as long as the tenant is responsible for them and for any possible damage they may cause. When making the reservation, the tenant explicitly accepts that any damages caused by their pets are at their own expense, as the property insurance does not cover damages caused by pets.

Rules of coexistence

The tenants must respect at all times the rules of coexistence of the communities of neighbours, healthiness and prohibition of making music or noise after 24.00 at night.

Unquestionably respect the timetables for the swimming pool, rubbish and car capacity per flat. Any complaint received by the community of neighbours will be notified to the tenant. Depending on the degree of complaint and dissatisfaction, this may result in immediate expulsion from the flat, without the right to reimbursement.

It is forbidden to barbecue on the terraces of the flats. 

In the event of non-compliance with these rules giving rise to complaints from neighbours, the rental contract will be cancelled without refund. In the event that complaints from neighbours result in a complaint and a fine by the local police, these fines will be paid by the tenant. 

PARTIES, smoking and the use of smoke machines are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the villas. 

Parking spaces

In those urbanisations with communal access without allocated parking spaces, a maximum of one car per flat may be parked. 

Bed linen and towels

Bed linen and towels for the bathroom are included in the price. Guests are reminded that they are for the entire stay. Washing machines are available on the property. If a new set of bed linen and towels is required, this will be charged at 25€ per person.

RULES.

PLEASE READ THE RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. ONCE PAYMENT OF 30% HAS BEEN RECEIVED, YOU AGREE TO THE RULES DESCRIBED HERE:

-THE KEYS OF THE FLAT WILL NOT BE HANDED OVER IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE STAY IS NOT PAID IN FULL.

- After the stay, the keys are always returned to THE OFFICE.

- The reservation is considered formalised only if the 30% advance payment is received. Sending an e-mail requesting dates is NOT a reservation. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded. This condition also applies if the cancellation is due to force majeure.

- Pets are WELCOME at no extra charge! Always under the responsibility of the tenant.

- For the villas GAWY I and II a deposit of 1500€ is requested, which will be charged by Virtual TPV (card) at the time of Check-in and will be returned after 48h, after checking the property, as long as there is no damage or breakage and there has been no complaint for noise/music after 24.00h. PARTIES IN THE VILLA, smoking or the use of smoke machines are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. The deposit will be retained if there are complaints from neighbours or the authorities, to cover possible fines. The deposit will also be retained in the event of any damage or breakage during the client's stay, until a solution is found.

- The occupation of the accommodation by more people than the number of people established in the booking will result in immediate expulsion without the right to reimbursement of the booking amount.

- Unquestionably respect the timetables for the swimming pool, rubbish collection and the capacity of 1 car per flat. Any complaint received by the community of neighbours will be notified to the tenant. Depending on the degree of complaint and dissatisfaction, this may result in immediate expulsion from the flat, without the right to reimbursement.

- In the event that neighbourhood complaints result in a complaint and fine by the local police, these fines will be paid by the tenant.

- In those urbanisations with common access without assigned parking spaces, a maximum of one car per flat may be parked.  THE URBANISATION ALISIOS DOES NOT HAVE A CAR PARK OR GARAGE.

 - Two sets of keys are given per flat, one set of keys to the urbanisation (if there is one) and one set of keys to the CLUBHOUSE. If the keys are lost, a charge of 5€ per set of keys for the clubhouse, 20€ per set of keys for the flat and 50€ per broken/lost remote control will be charged to the tenant. For the keys to the luxury villas, a charge of €150 will be made for lost keys.

- It is strictly PROHIBITED to undo, modify or separate sets of keys. They may not be separated or mixed.

 - Only ONE KEY HANDLE PER VILLA is delivered. NO EXHIBITION

- Under no circumstances will the keys to the swimming pool of the urbanisation outside the reserve be handed over, nor keys to the car park in other urbanisations.

With this offer we proceed to pre-reserve this property in your name for THREE DAYS. Once the three days have elapsed without the payment of the 30% deposit, nor any response from the client, the pre-reservation will be cancelled, and the flat will be available for other reservations.
